DMS : All Versions Vs Current Version

Hello,

Thsi doubt is pertaining to DMS

I have a Document which i have attached to service Notification--Object link

Document Number: 500000

Doc Type: Z36

Doc part : 000

Doc Version: 01

Later I created another version 02 by copying the Version 01 with the same object link..

both 01,02 are under released state

My doubt:

In service notifcation both the 2 versions of documents are appearing while selecting the tab "ALL VERSIONS" for list of documents.

But when i select the Current version Tab <u><b>no Version of documents are displayed</b></u>.but while selecting all versions every versions are displayed.

I have to show the customer the current version of the document.

How this is possible??help me out

Hi Murali,

This can be controlled in the "DC10" select your document type "Z36" go to "Define Object Links" select the Objects and go to detail screen of that

you see "Document Version" field which has two options "0" & "1" you need to select "1" (Defaulting Current Version).

Sometimes still this problem persists then Ask your ABAP expert to change (tick) in the background i.e. in t-table, he will find it by debugging it.
