Hi
Link
HRP1000-OBJID with PA0001-ORGEH if HRP1000-OTYPE = 'O'
HRP1000-OBJID with PA0001-PLANS if HRP1000-OTYPE = 'S'
so based on OTYPE field of HRP1000 it is linked

PA0001-BEGDA = HRP100-BEGDA
PA0001-ENDDA = HRP100-ENDDA
PA0001-SPRAS = HRP100-SPRAS

position and job from hrp tables

to get a clear picture....
select sobid from hrp1001 into v_position where objid = p_objid and sclas = 'S' and relat = '008'.
if sy-subrc = 0.
select pernr from pa0001 into v_pernr where plans = v_position.
