Creating Letters in the background

Hi,

Please let me know how can you generate crm letters in the background.

there is an action on the case and a letter (some xyz text) needs to be send to the corresponding business partner.

Can we create letters (sapoffice objects) in the background?

Help will be much appreciated.

Hi Sarma there is a shortcut to creat a letter content first create content in Actions Emails and copy that content of email convert into Letters creation of emails in Actions as follwos

Path: IMG->CRM>Basic Functionas-> Actions-> Def Action Profiles& Actions Define Conditions,

You can trigger an action (Sending an email) on Condition (Status change) mentioning the processing time(immediately, later on),Processing types.

Assign this action profile to Transation type Service Request which has the Action Definition, emailing is done through smartforms.
