Hi

I require shopping carts of last 1 year which has created PO and GRN . It is a classic scenario implemeted for SRM 3.0

Is there any stand report of table ??

What's the detailed requirement ?

Try this, Please go though transaction BBP_PD and you find the value of the shopping cart status.

I1002 is the status of "Open" documents.

Checking the active status in the badi will give you information about the shopping cart.

Hi,

See teh foll thread;

You can use the foll FM's;

BBP_PD_SC_GETLIST

BBP_PD_SC_LISTSEL

BBP_PD_SC_REF_GETLIST

In the above thread,teh solution is decsribed for OPEN shopping carts,but you can still use the FM's mentioned for closed SC's by changing the search criteria.

None of the FM are helping .

Requirement is simple . I want last 1 year shopping carts which has created PO and GRN

Hi

There is no direct standard report, which i remember right now.. Anyways, You can try the following things ->

<b>Please try this -></b>

<b>Look Inside table CRMD_ORDERADM_H and CRMD_ORDERADM_I for more details</b>

<u>Also look in transaction - BBP_PD.</u>. Debug the same to get what logic you should use to create your own custom bespoke program.

Also try using FUNCTION modules - 'BBP_SC_MAP_REQ_TO_PD'

- BBP_PD_SC_GETLIST

- BBP_PD_SC_GETDETAIL

Also, There is a report which gets you the information required by you.Use SA38 transaction and run the program bbp_status_get_2 and select the options like delivered qty = 0 , invoiced qty = 0 etc.
