Print Error - Read Timeout ... what are the limits?

Hi there

I was alerted to an error this morning when our client tried to print (PDF printing) a report. The report contains about 2700 lines and 23 columns, so yes, it is quite a sizeable report.

Running the report in the browser does take some time to generate, but it generates.

When I try to print to PDF, I get an error, along the lines of:

Message: Service call exception; nested exception is:
java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read Timed out
.....

If I download to Excel, then save, it MHTML is about 6.5MB and the XLS is about 1 MB, so again, it seems to be quite a large report.

Does anyone know if there are any limits on what ADS can handle for generating PDF documents. If there parameters than can be configured for this, where are they and what should I do?
