some realtime scenario's
with BPM
> pick a file + wait for some time + send it
> pick the files from diff locations + merge it + send it
> collect all the files based on time/payload and merge it + send it
without BPM
> pick a file + do some validations and change to traget structure + send it.
> pick a file + multimapping + send to many
