how to register in oss after installing ides of 4.6c in windows 2003 server

hi Guru's,

Myself installed 4.6c ides on my personal pc with Basis guy, and now it is asking for access key in order to create programs or function modules any thing ,it is saying user is not register in oss. i know pattern to register in oss like services.sap > keys&request>sscr keys-->register developer, but is in sap services it asking user name and password after that it is going to intial screen. how to register user in oss .plz help me.

Can you see ur System Id when you try to register a developer?

Hi

It will ask username only . Give the username and select the installation No and click the register button.

If it will ask S000 username / password. Provide the same if u know .
