Shipping point not determined automatically.

I created a quotation for service material. I manually Changed the plant at line item level, but the shipping point is not determined automatically. However I am able to change it manually. what may be the solution?

I checked all the configurations like Shipping point determination. shipping condition etc etc.

Check in T-Code: OVL2. Whether u have assigned it.

A shipping point can be determined for each order item. How the shipping point is determined depends on three factors:

1) The shipping conditions from the customer master record (Shipping screen)

For example, it might have been agreed with the customer that the goods are to be delivered as soon as possible.

2) The loading group from the material master record (Sales/Plant Data screen)

You could, for example, specify a loading group that defines that the goods must always be loaded with a crane or a forklift.

3) The delivering plant

So check whether you have assigned the shipping point for the above. Also please check in <b>OVXC</b> whether you have assigned shipping point to plant.

keep the shipping condition blank in customer master

& do the setting in OVL2-shipping pt determination with shipping pt blank
