CAT2 - add additional field to header area

Currently, in our Time Entry screen, we are showing:

EE#, Cost Center, Data Entry Period, and Week #

We would like to add an additional field - Work Schedule Rule Name from Infotype 0007.

Is this possible to do from the technical side without a Core Mod? The functional people say it can't be done by them.
