I wander is it possible to chenage logical system and how after a system is beeing used for a while and how?

You can use BDLS tcode to change logical system name, Effect of the change depends on what LS configuration you have. Be especially cautious if you are planning this change on a production system. See OSS note 544509 for details,

Please make sure you run BDLS when the load on system is less...otherwise it leads to performance issues sometimes.
