T510S table is used for the generation of time wage types.To configure this table ,imp things to be remembered are
1.Check the wage type selection rule group from the rule TMON in the schema TM04.The same rule is named as MODT in the schema TM00.
In TMON rule for the specific ESG(employee subgroup) ,you can specify which wagetype selectiuon rule gruop to be used.In TMON/MODT it can be specified as
MODIFW=01 (or any number)
2.In MODIF=01 ,the number 01 specifies the 1 st column in the table T510S.
3.The second column in 510S is the day groping and that can be known from the Schema.(In the schema this Day grouping is set be the function DAYMO)
4.For example let us say the day grouping was set to 02.
5.The 3 rd column is the sequence number.
then I guess 4 th colums is the wage type.
6.If you click on that line,you will goto a screen ,where you can specify the conditions.
7.It asks for Valid processing type(s).You can specify upto 4 processing types,for which that wage type can be generated.Usually for the overtime,The processing type M is used.
8.And you can also specify conditions day(for which days this wage type can be generated),like for week days only or weekends only like that depends on the specifications of the company.
and Save .
This is how you can configure 510S.
if you have any questions please let me know.
