Hello Experts,
In transaction code: PHAP_CATALOG, when you right click on an appraisal template (VA) you have the option to select "Reference Appraisals." I have been unable to find any documentation on this functionality. What can you use "Reference Appraisals" for?
The reason I am asking this question is because I want managers to be able to use the pushbutton "Last Document," and while the button is doing what it is supposed to do "show the previous appraisal document" it can only show the previous appraisal document linked to the specific template. Our requirement will be that the template changes every year, and while I am aware of the archive capability in PHAP_CATALOG, I was hoping that "Reference Appraisal" may be able to help solve my issue to show the last document based on dates, and not appraisal templates. Has anyone used this functionality called "reference appraisal"?
Thank you very much
Adam P.
Hi Adam,
I think reference appraisal will list set of appraisal documents which uses the appraisal template.
When u see the screen after right click and choose "reference appraisal", u will get a list viewer with column name Appraisal document name.
The link narasimha has given is for Old Appraisal System.
Use the below link for Documentaion in OSA.
