How to NOT generate annotations?

Hi,

I'm running

SAP NetWeaver Developer Studio

SAP NetWeaver 7.1 Composition Environment SP01

Does anyone know how to prevent webdynpro from generating the annotations or any kind of Java 5 specific syntax for that matter?

Obviously I get errors in my Source code after putting the source code compatibility option of the project back to 1.4 ...

I have accepted that it is not possible.

It IS possible however to install several versions of NWDS and thus I'm able to support customers with different product versions from the same laptop.

Why do you want to change the JDK compatibility mode?

Because I think it is not possible to install a new and old version of NWDS on one system..

Hi Marcel,

It sure is possible to install and run different NWDS on one system, you could even set a different jdk for each of them. This can be done in the SAPNetweaverDeveloperStudio.ini located in your NWDS directory.
