Route number not copied to Delivery at RLM GR cross docking

Former Member

Hello Friends,

When I post a Goods Receipt and cross dock via MM/RLM - the Delivery is successfully created but the Route number is not copied - thus error: 'No unassigned Delivery found' comes up.

This only happens for Delivery Type: OILO ' Delivery W/o Ref' ; there is no sales order or STO involved. This Delivery comes from a regular PO to a remote / offshore plant

I have configured RLM, Shipping, Delivery, Transportation and have created the material master with the TGroup / LGroup - have also created the customer master (a plant) with the ship condition and Tranp Zone. The Route Det is well configured with weight groups

Appreciate any kind of help!

Please check Shipping configuration.

For route determination, you must configure the following:

1.Define transportation zones for each country.

These transportation zones can be either departure zones for the

shipping point or receiving zones for the ship-to party.

2.Assign the departure zones to the shipping points.

3.Define transportation groups for the materials.

4.Specify the routes to be selected according to the given criteria

in sales processing.

5.Define the delivery types for which route determination should be

repeated and set the necessary indicator in the appropriate delivery

types.

6.Define the weight groups.

Route determination can be repeated by the SAP System when creating a

delivery. Delivery types, for which route determination is to be

repeated, should be marked as such in their definition.

Please check if all 6 points above have been configured correctly.
