Could anyone explain m how to design and customize a change request ? When the request is already sent, how can we modify it or how can we get it back for correction?

What r the steps?

the CR is created automatically by the system, then when you release it you have to create a new one.

Hi

Once the change request is released you can save any changes in the request number.You need forward the request number to Basis consultant to transport

In case you want back the request you need take help of Basis they are the guys

who can do the settings

u cant make changes to a change request once u have saved it. u can only recall the objec t again and do modifications to it and then save it as another change request..
