web client session

Hi

In Tcode: CRM_IC, the web client session is not opening up, shud portals needs to be installed or what i have to do to open it?

The system is showing a message

"server not find" and the IP address is not configured.

Please tell me what i have to do to make it work.

Kindly check whether the web url is configured in services

take help from Basis

Hi Sohail,

I think u need to make an entry in ur Host file.

In ur workstation just make an entry in this file with the CRM server Ip and crm server name.

for eg. 172.25.3.23 crms1

path for the file:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc

And ensure that ur user is assigned to an org unit to which the webclient profile is attached.
