Actual dates in activities

Hi Guys,

I have an activity in a network. While confirming an activity i have to enter both actual start date and end date. Is it possible to enter the actual start date alone at an instance and then enter actual finish date after a while(days) and confirm the activity when i enter actual finish date.

Ex. enter actual start date as today 16/10/2007 and enter actual finish date on 31/10/2007 and confirm an activity then.

Hai pavalavel,

In that case you can

1) Enter the starting date also on 31/10/07 and confirm it 100% totally on 31/10/07.i,e; you can do back confirmation

or

2)Enter partial confirmation say 5% or 10% with 16/10/07 as actual start date and confirm it totally 100% on 31/10/07.so that your dates will be as per your requirement.also you dont have to remember the actual start date. during the course of the activity.
