Kanban Replenishment

Hi,

I have created supply area, control cycle.

I have only one storage type in my search sequence. So when I do not have any stock in my storage type, trasfer requirement can not be converted into transfer order and system gives me message "Source storage bin could not be determined", and this is as per the cutomization.

So now the client wants when there is no stock in storage type, the TR can not be created and system needs to give a message "there is no stock in storage type"

Hi,

No way to do that. But you can create a separate MM storage location and assign it to your kanban storage type so that the PP guy will have a warning when he release his order.

You can do that in Spro + Logistics Execution + Warehouse Management + Interfaces + Inventory Management + Define Storage Location Control
