Hi,
I managed to add several queries into a workbook but how can I just refresh ONE and not all queries at the same time???

Nicole,
When you have your workbook open, click anywhere on the query in question and select Refresh.
If your mouse pointer is not on any particular query and you select Refresh it will ask you if you want to refresh them all.

Doesn't work. It's Analyzer 7.0 and not 3.x. I know it's so easy in 3.x!
It can't work yet, the support package which contains the function "refresh/change variables of a single query in a workbook" is coming end of the year...:-(
