Moving workbbok from Favourites To Role

Hi Guys,

Is there a method of assigning a workbbok saved in favourites to acrole without opening the same.

Select the report you wish to move and then use the Publish in role option which looks like a white background with a green person icon on it. This will show you which roles you have available and you can publish the workbook from your favourites into one of them.

Hi Samik,

Take Wokbook technical name and goto role(T Code : PFCG) and you can add new workbook if you have authorizations.
