Kedar Kulkarni,

I dont have the document on QM.I suggest you to go to help.sap.com for Documentation can give you brief idea on MM/QM integration.

When material is relevant for Quality inspection You must maintain QM views in Material Master.

(ii) If you maintain QM views in Material Master,at the time of PO creation by default system propose you to post the stock to quality inspection in Item details.However you can overwrite it

(iii) At the time of Goods receipt Stock will be posted to QI stock and an Inspection Lot is created

(iv)Quality inspection will to be done by QI daprtment and Usage decision has to be entered 'Accepted' or 'Rejected'

(v)Transfer posting will be done from QI stock to Unrestricted usage stock after entering Usage decision.

(vi)Invoice can only posted if Usage decision is 'Accepted'

You can view pdf file on site www.easymarketplace.de, at section PDF Files. The file name is QM in Procurement. There the detailed process is decribed.
