Line item is not display?

hi

In f-02 , post the GL account ,but in fbl3n not displayed the line item ,how to solve the error?

Hi haritha,

In the Issue is simple, goto FS00, select the paticular account, and click on the change mode and save it. Again lock the entry,and Run the Program RFSEPA01. After that check the FBL3N, To display the line item.

Go to FS00 take your gl account and in control data tab put the check mark for the line item display field

Hi,

goto : t.code: fs02 enter your GL account number and click on control tab then select the field - line item display. Then u can able to view the line items in fbl3n

Because of this change u can view the documents from nowonwards, if u would like to view all the documents related that concenrned GL account, then u have to do the following procedure.

1. select the field line item display in GL master and press enter then system will issue one information message in yellow colour, then read that instruction clearly or use the following program "RFSEPA01" to view all the documents related to that GL account.

When u r using program"RFSEPA01", first u should block ur GL account and execute the report then remove block indicator for the gl ACCOUNT
