also let me know the tcode to create Solution Manager Key

You can check the updated Tcodes in New SAP Solution Manager Tcodes
Use any existing Sol Man system and register the new system using T-Code: SMSY and after that you can generate the System Key.
You can get the list of Sol Man T-codes from SE93

T-code for generating solution manager key is SMSY.
here u need to register the system and then u can generate the system key for the same.
there are many Tcodes in solution manager.
