Archiving Billing Docs

Hello Gurus,

I have requirement to create an output condition type to archive the billing document. I have done and I need to test the functionality of it. Could you please tell me which field of the billing document indicates the archiving status?

How can I confirm that the billuing document is archived.

HI Pavan,

Billing document Archiving:

There are two places to find the archived documents:

-> VF07 - If you have the document number.This transaction looks exactly like VF03

-> SARI - In this transaction,Click the archive explorer and find the info structure.

Here,fill out the info you will like to look at.Press F8.

Here you will get a list of the document you seek. You can mark the line you

want to see or double click

Goto tcode:

SARA->object name:SD_VBAK / else SD_VBRK> press read--> execute --->u wil be able to the archive billing documents

Hello Arun,

But the document is not found in the archiving database. I have selected archiving only as the storage method. Could you please advise on this.
