I cant find my ultrium tape drive

Hi

I have one HP Proliant Server running windows 2003 64 bit .Under this system run SQL 2000 32 bit and R/3 4.6c. In to this system is one Ultrium 448 HP tape drive . I can do backup from windows but I CANT find the tape when i want to do Backup from SQL (Enterpise Manager ) .The tape radiobuton is in disable mode . Can any one help me to resolve this problem .Have see any one the same problem

At last all problem was on to SCSI Card .I replaced it and naow everythink its ok
