Auto mail on Reject/Accept Bid

Hi,

when we Reject/Accept Bid an automatic mail i send to purchaser. How can I change the subject/body of this mail.

Hi,

Are you talking about the notification sent to the Purchaser(in his SAP inbox) after the BID was rejected/accepted e.g. 'Bid xxxxxxxxxx was accepted' ??

I think I have to change the description in Task TS79007917 and TS79007916. Am I right?

Yes .You will have to make changes in the corresponding Task TS79007917 and TS79007916 fro changing the mail content.

Hi,

Thank you for the reply. I'm talking about the mail that is sent to the purchaser and not about the cover letter that is sent to the BIDDER.
