CRM Quotation - Item Status

Hi there,

I am getting following error when i create CRM quotation.

<i>Item 10:Status Pending for Commercial Validation not allowed.</i>

Please suggest.

Hi Dynnesh you might be Violated the Commercial validation Process while entering key data like Norms as Mentioned in your BRC then you will get this kind of error , so configure your settings in Itemlevel in a fleixible way,but this may be against your brd requirement better to go through Norms and Input paramets should satisfy the Validation Checks.

The error must be becuase of the status profile. Does your item status profile have this status or is it only for header. Kindly check

Hi There,

Thank you for your answer.

But the problem caused for one specific CRM Quotation. To test the problem i have checked the said Item Status profile. Even i am able to create the quotation by taking the similar data from the problem transaction in the same CRM environment.

If the problem is occuring with only one quotation, then the reason could be the data used esp the product.Was this product changed???
