Hi,
i am having a doubt, in balance sheet the AR and AP with be posted as sundry debtors and sundry creditors, then which will account for bills payable and bills payable in balancesheet, please explain elaborately.

Hi
For Bills receivable and payable required different configuration with help of special g/l indicator configuration .
As in case of b/r you create one b/r indicator , assign a alternative reconciliation account and assign a bank account for it and by t.code f-33/f-36/f-20 you can do the transaction.

Hi,
BoE needs separate configuration and the same will be accounted. If ur organization is planning to go for bills, say following accoutns has to be created -
1. B/R
2. Bank charges
3. Bills discounted
