PROCESS LIST, disp+work.EXE does not work

Dear all,

I have installed SAP-IDES on my lap top which is directly connects internet. And I gave static IP to my machine. Now I try to start SAP-IDES but now I connect a lan which connects to internet via SERVER, for that reason I have to change my local area settings for example: DEFAULT GATEWAY and DNS SERVER. But IP is the same.

When I start SQL SERVER and SAP SYSTEM; SQL SERVER starts normally but SAP SYSTEM starts then shut downs a few minutes later.

Under Path:SAPMMC(Console Root) under PROCESS LIST, disp+work.EXE does not work.

And I can not connect to SAP-IDES.

What I should do?
