Unable to Open BExWebApplicationDesigner

Hi,

just wonder anyone could help me out with <b>BExWebApplicationDesigner</b> as when i try to enter the userid and password after that i click ok.

after that i get this errors - "Connect to SAP Gateway failed"

below is the more detail abt it

This error message

RFC_ERROR_COMMUNICATION

means your connection with BEx and BW server is not maintained in the current moment

Contact Basis for establishing connection

Hi Jia Jun,

Are u able to login to SAP BW Server.

Use SAP logon pad to login to selected server.

I think your SAP system is not available, Check with BASIS team.

hi CK,

for me my sap system is Java Slim Trial Edition. and i think i dont have SAP BW Server but i think i have Java AS...

so what are the steps? did i miss out any installation?? or what program, i need to install?
