problem in creatin Process Chain

Hi,

i m try in to created process chain.

I created Start process from Generic Services. But when i m trying to add infopackage(Execute InfoPackage) from load Process and Post-processing node no f4 help is available.

(BI 7 support package 13).

We had the same problem ( BI 7.0 - SP 13 ) but was resolved after having applied OSS note 1062704.

It wud surely work for u as well as this seems to be an issue occuring with others as well n the note solves it.
