Attachment restriction in SRM webportal

Hi,

I am working on SRM 5.0. During shopping cart creation in web-portal, I want to restrict the file types and the max file size a user can upload as an attachment.

Can anyone tell me whether there exists any BASIS settings to perform this check ??

In my opinion, such restriction is not possible... (At lease Basis wise)
