Solmon Key for that is 64B6B80C8B.

You can generate your Solution Manager key if Solution Manager is installed in this way :

Go to SMSY --> System Landscape --> Other Objects --> Select System --> give ur <sid> --> Click on Generate Installation/Upgrade key --> fill details --> Generate Key

Hello Senthil,

Please use any of your Solution Manager system and register the system using T-Code: SMSY and then you can generate the System Key for your SAP System yourself.
