Planning Version - Live cahce problem

Hi Guys,

Here is my problem

Initially i stopped live cache lc10 it was succesfully stopped , but after some time i started again it was succesfully started - i can see both Red and Green indicator

but when i came back after weekend i found the whole APO system is down

so i informed Basis team who is working remotly

After Few hours i found APO system is available

then i went to LC10 the live cache is not available , so i started and now it is running successfully for past 1 day - with green color indicator

My exact problem the planning version created during the period before live cache was started is not available , when i view my product view system says live cache is not availble for that version

when i go to CIF cosistency check the system is saying that

there are already error in planning version

so please advice me what i have to do to activate my earlier planning version

i checked the logs using sm21

Planning version 000 no information empty - this version i created before the problem started

Please advise me what would be the problem, and how to recover my Planning version 000

Hello Raj,

To avoid any further problems on the systems, I recommend you to create the OSS ticket for the component 'BC-DB-LCA'.

Therefore we could logon & review the status of the problems on your system before to give you any further recommendations.

Hi Raj,

Did you try to run the Live Cache Consistency Check??

Check the boxes which are applicable, provide the version and execute.
