Typical issue in webshop

A few products in our taxonomy require registration from the customer. In the product master/ basic data, we have a check box which denotes that it requires registration - If it is ticked. When we order the products in the webshop that have the Software registration check in the product master in CRM, a Software registration form appears. When we fill this and continue to order, the data should appear in the ITEM level TEXT tab in CRM in the order.But it is not happenning every time . Sometimes the texts are shown, sometimes they are not. This is only happening in the production system. Has it been an issue with the program, it should also show up in Quality. But it is absolutely working fine in QA.I have checked the version both for the transports as well as the JCO. It is consistant. This is a very urgent issue. Any help will be grately appreciated.

Hi Vamsee,

Please go through the configuration setting of your webshop throughly, This might help in solving your problem. You can also check out the data in both your systems coz sometimes due to data conflicts this type of erroe occurs.
