Hello,

I want to create a watermark on the form using Smartforms.

I am aware that at Page level we can use Background image.

However I want this to be conditional, like if the system is not production then only watermark needs to be printed.

A workaround suggestion. Is it possible to have it a regular image rather than background image?

The only condition you can apply to a background image is whether it appears at design, print preview and print, or only print preview.

You could attach your image to the page as a graphic node instead of a background image of the page. Then you will be able to apply a condition based on system ID.

U create as u told . But in that give a condition that

if SY-MANDT NE (PRODUCTION CLIENT).

Like that u can give any no.of conditions.

Hi Vanita,

As per my knowledge you can not apply a condition to a background image.

So I think a solution to this may be having two separate forms , one with background and one without it and give the condition in your report program while calling the smartform.
