how can know the latest service pack for SAP GUI, for SAP BW and SAP BASIS

Hi,

what do you mean? The installed ones in your system?

Goto System->Status->Component Information. Check the rows for SAP_BASIS and SAP_BW.

For the gui, click on the colored little button in the upper right corner of your gui window and select 'about'.
