I am new to project systems.Pls explain the importance of project profile and its relevant to projects.

Hi Subbu,

A project profile is necessary to create a work breakdown structure. The project profile contains default values and parameters for managing your project, for example, the organization data, the factory calendar for scheduling, how cost planning is to be carried out, etc.

The profiles contain default values and control parameters for WBS Elements and Networks. Network Activities and Activity Elements in the Project.
