Hi All,

I have a requirement to remove the possible subsequent activities links that appear in the Alert E-mails by default.

some thing like this :

Message Monitor http://sapxgk01.krft.net:53000/rwb_mdt/index.jsp?rwb=true&objectName=name=is.30.xgddb-data,type=XISe...

I could nt find any configuration to suppress these links and stop them from coming any help would be greatly rewarded.

Hi,

These are defaulted by XI and cannot be removed unless you add something in transaction ALRTCATDEF for your own subsequent activity.

Hi Colin,

I tested it already , If I add some more URLs in ALRTCATDEF - Subsequent Activity I get them as well as extra links like before adding I used to get 2 after adding the link I get 3 links .

My requirement is to remove all of them.

Hi,

Why do you need to get rid of them ?

The defaulted URLs take you in the RWB if required to the exact message that failed - I find this pretty useful.

Yes. Some one does not want to get rid of them sincethe message is long.. those are the best possible shortcut links directly to the RWB till the message details in the message display tool..
