hi everybody,

I am new to the sap, i have some queries like

1. when closing the order, final price will be varies from customer to customer. I want to know the flow so how to go about it?

2. and if i create a new customer master data how create a region?

I am not able to understand your first question. Can you be more specific??

With regard to creating region, in SPRO, goto General Settings --> Set Countries and select "<b>Insert Region</b>". Here you can create regions.
