Hi All,

<b> Error in PSA.

The material 26 does not exist or is not activated</b>

I am trying to load data from R/3 using DS 2LIS_03_BF.

It is giving the error . Request is getting Red.

I check in R/3 Master Data Table ( MARA ) those Material is Not there.

I check in MM03 it is not there.

Like I have fore materials 24, 25, 26 and 9001.

Plz advice me ..

Hi,

As you have told that material is not there, you are getting the error message. So, what exactly you wanted to ask? Is it like - you dont want your reguest to get Red on not picking records? Please clarify...

Hi Habeeb,

The issue is 24, 25, 25, 9001 , X1203 this Materials is not available in Master Data, My be it is deleted...

i am getting the records in PSA is 226809.

in cube it is showing almost double.. means

Added = 407620, Transferred = 226809.

i didn’t undusted why it is showing more records...

The request is in Red status in Cube and PSA.

here i don’t have ODS.

what i have to do.....

why more records is showing...

can i manually do Green..

Hi,

In your InfoPaackge, have you put a check to update only if the master data exists? If yes, can you remove theat, or do you need it for some purpose?

Thanks for All who try to solve my issues.

I am closing this Thread , it is old thread , I have solved my first issue that is Materials Error ,

our MM consultant has done something in R/3.

my 2nd is not solved, that is Added Records > Trans. Records...

Check Your Points.. i have assigned

Shaik,

i think the record will be loaded only if the master data for transaction data exists in this case. First load master data and then load the tran data.
