Header condition input without items

Hi guys,

could you please help to solve the following issue.

In R3 it's possible to enter a Header condition even if there is no any items in Sales order.

But in CRM condition tab at header level is blank (not ready for input) untill the entering of a product.

Is it possible to customize CRM somehow to make header conditions ready for input without any items like R3?

Hi Sunny

as per my knowledge it is not possible in CRM because your input into condition data is for a Particular product, with out choosing the product you cannot define

condition, try to make it in active or grey mode
