Transaction - DBCO Not connecting

Experts, I am trying to create the Interface between MSSQL database and ABAP to transfer the data to SQL-database.I gave username= &&&(mssqlserver userid) and DB password(mssqlserver userid) and conninfo( MSSQL_SERVER=SQL servername MSSQL_DBNAME= SQL-Databasename).

It does not connect.Please suggest if something is missing or required more.

Murli Dude, Thanks for your suggestion. It is working now. DBCO can connect the extrenal database.
