Hey

answering your questions.

>>If i am sending IDOC through HTTP adapter from R3

you can't send an IDOC via HTTP until and unless that IDOC-XML has been already converted to normal XML,which means you can't send IDOC's directly to XI via HTTP.

>>URL.can any one tell me where we have to confugure this URL

you need to use HTTP test tool(HTTP client),once you feed in the values for message interface, namespace, userID,pwd, etc the test tool will automatically generate the URL for u,there is no need to configure it anywhere.

just searh SDN for <i>HTTP test tool</i>

Thnaks.

I will explain u interface..

R3(X)--XI(2.0)----R3(Y)

this is my interface where as no Communication channels there in id as it is 2.0 version there is only Endpoints...

interface was working fine but because of hostname change in R3(Y) system.

Clint gav eme one URL and saying to change the host name in the URL and that URL they using to post the IDOC from X to XI 2.0 system..

Hey

could you please post the format of the URL you got from client,i m not sure what URL you are referring to.

since the hostname of system Y has changed i dont think u need to make any change in system X .

system X is still posting data to XI,you might need to do some configurations in XI though so that it can talk to system Y with the new hostname

Hey

this looks like a URL for some HTTP scenario,i m not sure where are u guys using HTTP,even if your scenario is R/3 to R/3,you should still have configured receiver adapter, which adapter is that?

also try sending the message from the sender system and see where it fails.

Thanx

A HTTP Sender adapter does not exist. For a HTTP sender system we would not have to define Sender Agreement as well. R3 system can only use, XI, IDoc or RFC adaptors.

Please expalian ur problem in details so that some one could help you.
