Batch determination on reservation

Gurus,

I have a question concerning batch determination. Is it possible to do this in a reservation (MB21). I created batch search strategy and it works on transfer posting 311 in MB1B. When I do exactly the same (with the same material, storage locations,...) i get the error "The storage location/batch function '*' is not defined here"

Is there any way to activate this? I'm working on 4.6B.

Hi,

the functionality 'batch determination' is not supported when creating

reservations (transaction MB21). In MM batch determination is provided

for goods movements.
