hi all,

in material master record if we want to check wether the material is , consignment material or pipeline material or subcontracting material in which material master views we can check it.

Hi,

There is no such senario being followed in SAP. But we do have an option of storing the procurement type in teh material master ( MRP 2 ) view under Special procurement field.

The various special procurement processes as per SAP are

10 Consignment

20 External procurement

30 Subcontracting

40 Stock transfer (proc.from alter.plant)

45 Stock transfer from plant to MRP area

50 Phantom assembly

52 Direct production / collective order

60 Planned independent requirements

70 Reservation from alternate plant

80 Production in alternate plant

Hi,

There is only mtrl type as Pipeline mtrl and no specific mtrl types for consignment and subcontracting.

You can view in mtrl master MRP2 view under procurement.

not exactly u have the option, but to some extent u can trace the same by material type!
