Enter Other Goods Receipt - MB1C Error

Dear Friends:

When working on Enter Other Goods Receipt -I entered Material,Qty,UnE and pressed enter, I got the error

'Account determination for entry SANO GBB ____ ZOB 3000 not possible' and

'No stock posting possible for this material'.

How to overcome the problem? Please advise.

Sridhar,

Just check in OBYC tranc. whether for tranc key <b>GBB</b>, you have maintained the combination of <b>valuation grouping code</b> you are using, <b>general modifier</b> ( <b>ZOB</b>) and <b>valuation class</b> ( <b>3000</b>) and the G/L accounts.

If not, please maintain the same.

go to OBYC double click on GBB here for SANO ZOB 3000 assign the appropriate G/L accoutn in consultation with FI

Please check the GL account assignment for the combination GBB - ZOB -val class 3000.

HI,

The Mvt type you should use is 561 whereas you are using 501.

Please change from 501 to 561.

It will work

I changed the Mvt Type from 501 to 561. I am getting the error

'No stock posting possible for this material'.

Please check whether there is any physical inventory documents exists open for this item.

Also it would be helpful if you could quote the error number.

check in OBYC t.code, double click on transaction GBB and check if SANO is maintained against valuation class 3000.Else consult with your FI team to maintain it.

please check the movt type which u r using,

The error message conveys that it is a consumption material.

it will be helpful, if u cud tell the material type and movt type which u r using
