Urgent : Information broadcasting

Dear all,

I am sending old workbooks through Broadcasting

issues :

1) Workbook attachment is coming but refreshed data is not coming

2) workbook settings are not getting saved.i.e., whwn i am login again nothing is showing again i want newsettings.

I am doing this from Portal.

But when i am going from analyser:i.e.,Analyser - > tools -> Distribute Workbook

It is getting error :

>Error loading template 0BROADCASTING_TEMPLATE
