Hi,
There is no option level in sap for rotating.
If u do everything correctly that problem won't occur. Check ur procedure once again.
Even then if u r not getting . U save the image on the desktop horizontally and save it (U CAN DO IT WITH PAINT ). Then upload the image.
First u check u r whethere u r following correct procedure or not.
