Hi Gurus,
We need to have an Incoterm in SAP that translates into Prepaid in GTS and allows the Document currency to properly address the customer requirements.
Thanks
Sitansu
Perhaps the most useful source I have ever seen regarding incoterms is http://www.iccwbo.org/incoterms/preambles.asp
Having been involved in Trade Compliance issues for several years, I recommend using standard (ISO) incoterms rather than creating any 'customized' terms.
The configuration for incoterms in GTS is found in the IMG under the SAP Global Trade Services --> General Settings section.
Cheers,

Could you elaborate the process? By default, Incoterms and Currency from backend system are copied to customs declaration without any issue.
